Male sure that assignee is alive

Hi everybody!

To make sure that any assignee is able to work with assigned issue it is possible to create a filter like 

resolution is EMPTY and assignee not in membersOf("jira-users") 

and add a subscription. So now you will get a email if something is wrong.

I've tested the filter and it seems to work. Can you please give us more details about the filter that you need? Do you want to add a subscription for all assignee that is not a member of jira-users to receive a notification?
