Making a field mandatory in the edit screen based on the value in another drop down field in the edit screen

Hi Team,

In the edit screen ,i have associated some fields that needs to be edited. Now my requirement is I want to make one field in the edit screen mandatory based on the value of another drop down field.I have used behaviours plug-in to implement this other transition screens. Can i use the same here also?

The "Transition Screens" and "Edit Screens" are different and I believe there's no way you can do that out of the box. You can do you some coding stuff in the edit screen or some custom field description that will only show in the "Edit Screen"
