I have 2 dashboards, "dashboard A" and "dashboard B". I have the "Favourite Filters" widget on both dashboards but want only A related issues to appear on the Favourite Filters widget on dashboard A and B related issues to appear on the Favourite Filters widget on dashboard B. If I change 1 of the Favourite Filters widgets, it changes the widget on both dashboards. Is there a way for me to A related issues appear on Dashboard A only and B related to appear on Dashboard B only?

You're going to need two sets of filters, one for A-related issues and one for the Bs. Then instead of using the favourite filters gadget you need a version of it that selects filters by regex or ID, eg Filter+List+Plugin - but I'm not sure if that one's kept up to date...
