Make specific tickets private

Hi Team,

 How to make specific jira tickets private so that only the reporter and the assignee can see these tickets ?

Hi @Lakshmi CH 

You should created a security level associated with those users to gain access to (reporter and assignee).

Afterwards assign the correspondent security level to the specific ticket you would like to.

If all tickets need to have the above requirement, you can set the default security level on the screen and field configuration
