Hi, I am trying to work out how to do this. I guess it relates to transition to Resolved state but I can't see where to do this. Any clues? Thanks!
Hi Louis,
To make a field mandatory when resolving an issue, you need to add a Validator in the workflow.
Please, go to the Project settings > Workflows > Click to edit the desired workflow > Select the transition to "Resolve" > Validators > Add validator > Field Required Validator > Select the field "Time spent" > Add > Add.
After that, publish the workflow.
