I need to backup one of my projects to move to companies jira so I made a backup the deleted all the projects
The I restored the back up. it worked well
I then deleted the 2 projects I dont wish to move. The issue now is the bottom to create backup is greyed out.

Hi Dave,
Are you using Jira Clod?
If so, there is a limitation that only allows you to take one backup every 48 hours. Once 48 hours have passed, the button will be enabled and you can generate another backup.
