Mail Handler Not Creating New Feature in Project

Hello -

I'm writing because I was hoping someone could provide insight into either best practice or point me in the direction of troubleshooting my (what seems to be) mail handler issue.

I created a mail workflow that matches up with all of the characteristics of an existing workflow/workscheme.

I've confirmed that all of the email settings (IMAP, default mail folders, etc.) were configured per suggestions by the documentation.  I've even logged in manually to the Exchange OWA folder to confirm that the JIRA server would have correct access to the mail account & folder.

For the mail handler, I've confirmed all of the settings specifically the following:

• Project: ("Project" FOLLOW UP)
• Issue type (New Feature)
• BULK:  Accept the email for processing

When an email is sent, it does not post (much less update) a New Feature to the associated Project.

If anyone could assist with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
