Currently the alerts are received for the smallest insignificant actions on it and the noise created by these mails is far too much. One ends up receiving 4-6 invalid mails for every valid alert mail.
You need to have the admin make changes to align with needs. It may be that batch emails would be a good idea. Of course you need to consider what others need as well.
No. To treat you uniquely an admin will need to remove you from any common role/group and place you in a unique role/group. If you are the admin go to project settings - notifications and inspect what is in place. If you are not the admin reach out to them and they will know what to do.
