So with the Teams Integration. I can create a ticket or update a ticket. This issue that I have is if I am having an internal discussion on Teams regarding the ticket and we have some notes to put into the ticket and I right click and select "Add Comment" it will send the comments with the teams link to the customer/reporter (which means external in my case) as well. For security purposes, only the people in the Teams Chat should have access to the conversation. So the link should not be posted to customer as it will not work for anyone not part of the chat.
Furthermore, the comments added to the chat should not be sent as a communication to the customer. Those notes are for internal purposes only.
