MFA Login | NEW QR required

Hi All,
I lost my mobile and now I am unable to login into JIRA due to MFA it is asking for PIN.
In my new mobile Authenticator app is asking for QR.
Can someone guide me on how to get a new QR code for login into JIRA.
Disabling and enabling MAF will not work as I am not able to login into my account at all
