Hello @suvitha ramesh ,

When you configure the "Create a new issue or add a comment to an existing issue" mail handler in Jira, two fields have specific settings available:

1. Reporter – You can define how Jira should determine the Reporter from the incoming email (for example, the email sender, a default user, or custom rules).

2. Priority – You can configure whether the mail handler should set a default Priority when creating new issues.

Fields like Watchers, Epic Link, Custom Field do not have specific configuration options in the mail handler setup.
