Low speed access to project board

Hello,

we are observing low speed access to an  our project's board. What kind of informaiont we can provide you for analyse? Can I contact directly to jira cloud support team?

I would look at

• the number of issues you have on the board,
• is the board complex?  (using colours, swimlanes etc)
• where you are physically located with respect with your likely Cloud data centre,
• if anything else is slow (other boards? - if they are ok, then what is the difference between them and the slow one? config? permissions?)
• Is it limited to a user or group of users?
• May be a look at the developer tools in the browser to see if there is a particular part of the page that is slow
