Lost some of bugs created

Hi,

Our team started using Jira for more than a year. Recently we noticed that some of the bugs we created are lost from Jira . We no longer able to restore them. We did not try to do anything from our regular and routine usage of the Jira. This concerns me a  lot as this might happen again.

Can somebody help us in this?

A standard, off-the-shelf Jira is pretty simple when it comes to deleting issues.  One of your humans deleted the issues, and there is no "restore", so you'll need to explain to us what you were doing to "restore" them (which app or external process was in use?)
