Lost integration to Slack

Hello. We seem to have lost our integration to Slack at around 17.30 CET yesterday. Can you please help me identify the issue as I'm normally just creating users and in no way am a power user.

Slack had an outage recently. But it was resolved. Maybe that caused your problem?
