Dear All,
For some reason I have lost my admin rights to our Jira space.
When trying to create a support ticket, the system does not recognize my URL
henkelman.atlassian.net
Any ideas how to solve this? The account seems to be active and we are billed every month.

I'm sorry to hear you've lost access to your Jira space and were unable to raise a ticket directly.
Since you are a paid user and the system wasn't recognizing your URL, I have gone ahead and raised a support ticket on your behalf: JST-1322373.
