Hello Atlassian team,
We have lost access to the administrator account for our Atlassian Cloud site:
`https://glosign.atlassian.net`
The admin account is protected by two-factor authentication (2FA), but neither the 2FA device nor the recovery key is available. The person who originally configured the account has left the company.
There are no other admin accounts remaining, and we are unable to raise a support request through the portal due to permission restrictions.
The locked account uses an email under our company domain (`businesson.co.kr`).
We can verify ownership of the domain through DNS, email confirmation, or official business documentation if needed.
We would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed with recovering or transferring administrative access.
