I've been setting up our organization. I initially setup my Jira account by signing up with an email and password on atlassian.com. After signing up and using some time, we decided to switch to using GSuite to manage our users and SSO. So I went along and setup the GSuite integration, and after finishing setup, I was kicked out of the Admin panel and can no longer manage my organization.
I believe what happened was that because my original email I signed up with matched my GSuite email, when GSuite sync-ed it screwed up my original user or admin level access. Is there any kind of process for recovering admin rights to my organization?
When I was using server, I faced same kind of error, for server there is a document to enable “recovery Administrator” by editing some files in Jira,
for cloud we don’t have access to the jira installation directory or something, a bit difficulty.
may be you are restricted to raise a support request to Atlassian Support due to free subscription.
I will check for any references, will post in thread.
