Lost Jira connection

With my site kracher.atlassian.net, I used Confluence and Jira.

now the link to Jira with all the projects seems lost. It looks as if only confluence is linked and I can test Jira, as if it was nee to me.

Have you used the free tier of Jira and Confluence, or were you on a paid plan?

If your Free plan apps are inactive for too long, these sites will be deactivated after a period of inactivity. However, if you are org admin for these sites, you should receive email notifications about the deactivation. I've received an email like this early this morning so here's an example:

If you are/were on a paid plan, you could reach out to official Support team and they can check on their end (or in their history logs).
I believe you could also reach out to Billing support team as you won't need to have a paid subscription to raise a ticket there.
