Lost Access to Jira/Confluence After Organization Migration

Hello,

My Atlassian account was automatically migrated during an organization change. Since then, I can no longer access Confluence on gspcloud.atlassian.net with my previous email.

  • Internal IT does not control this site and I cannot identify the current site admin.

  • There is no link to contact the admin on the error page.

  • I urgently need access to continue my work.

Has anyone experienced this after a migration? What steps can I take to regain access or identify the site admin? Any help is appreciated.

Community members won't have access to the information to provide any support. You can raise a ticket Atlassian support here. They would be able to help with the issue.
