Along with these, we are looking for a comprehensive solution for ticket management, automation, and a knowledge base for handling a high volume of customer service requests.
Now to the solution, we've come down to two options
1. Jira helpdesk portal and
2. issue collector
As per the requirements what would be the better solution for us.

Jira Service Management is the solution I'd review - check out the pricing page for a good overview of what features are available :)
Because the customer portals can work for internal or external teams, it means you could use it as both a service portal, and an intake portal for change requests, suggestions, etc.
