Looking for the best resource planner add-on

Can someone be able to help me which add-on suits best to use for water fall methodology projects on Jira?? 

I know, Jira is made to handle agile projects, but since I have a mixture of agile and water fall projects and I can't go for two separate resource planners, I am trying to have one for both methodologies.
