There are a few things I'm looking for:
- Total number of points per board in a dashboard across all projects (I'd like to see current sprint and any groomed sprints to see how much work we have dev ready and confirm if our backlog health is green, yellow, or red)
- Capacity: I'd like to see who is associated with what projects and allocate a % of that FTE to the work. I wish I could also include personal development time that can be protected, so say Steve is taking some classes and his personal development time is up to 15% this month, and then I can see what projects he is allocated to at what %s as well to confirm he isn't over capacity.
