I have been a long time user of JIRA for many years and feel extremely comfortable running reports, setting up workflows, creating dashboards and basically be able to implement and react to any changes that are required in our Support Centre quickly.
I have recently started using Zendesk which I am not liking at all. What I am thinking of doing is getting a JIRA license / instance, and replicating the workflows that we currently have in Zendesk and some sort of feed connecting Zendesk to JIRA so I am able to work out of JIRA rather than Zendesk.
Is this even possible? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
there are some addons to integrate the two. i don't have any experience w/ any but might be a good place to start. you may be able to simply accomplish a minimal integration via email but not sure.
