There is a Jira technical bug AI-1080 that people are commenting on and yet there are not responses from Atlassian on what is happening with this bug.
The developer assigned to the bug has an Inactive status so I presume these comments are not being seen and reacted to.
Users are now saying they will quit their subscriptions.
This bug impacts the Jira product and is affecting peoples work practices.
How do we get this bug recognised and it's status and priority escalated?
Seems that Bug its on the wrong queue. Is not an Atlassian intelligence issue.
Ive checked, and there is no similar Bug in the other queues.

Trying to raise the bug in Jira Cloud product but the drop down for the choice of product does not allow me to specify Jira Cloud as shown in the attached image.
Any ideas?
