Users are unable to log into our atlassian site, therefore we are unable to use Jira Software, Jira Service Management or Confluence. I can't open a support ticket because I can't log in. Does anyone know how to contact support in this event? Someone at Atlassian really didn't think this through very well.
Hello @Mike Freeman
Sorry you're experiencing issues logging in. Do know there is a current incident related to logins. More info may be found at https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/
If you're still having issues after the incident is resolved please let me know.
Regards,
Stephen Sifers
I submitted a request to support and referenced this post so hopefully they will also see it.

It looks like someone was able to get this issue reported, as we had one users who was logged into our site before login went down. I was able to get to support through her login and we saw a status message about the login issue.
Nonetheless, it sure would be nice if Atlassian would provide us plebes who don't pay for the premium subscription tier a way to open a service ticket without having to log in.

We dont pay for Premium. My login just had not timed out and I was able to get into the support portal. However I get your point. The Premium subscription stuff aggravates me for about 100 different reasons.

Yes, I see that now. It wasn't there at the time I posted this, though. Big thanks to tcurtis for submitting a request and referencing my post...I'm pretty sure that's why they became aware of it.
