Hi @Brandon Kruszeski

Have the problem started recently?

Besides the good suggestions from @Varun Chillamcharla i would contact your companys IT-support since it sounds that certain apps are blocked by some access setting. It could be that your employer has restricted access from VPN-users or specific IP-ranges.

It doesn't sound like a Jira or Atlassian related problem and I fear that the Atlassian community only can give you general suggestions on how to solve this.

Best regards,
/Staffan

Hi Brandon,

Not enough detail here to pinpoint the cause, could you share the exact error message or a screenshot? A few quick things to check in the meantime:

1. Since it's happening on both Salesforce and Jira but seemingly only on your home wifi, that points toward something network-level rather than an account issue, try a different network (mobile hotspot) to confirm.
2. If you're on a VPN or your home router has any DNS/firewall filtering, that can block Atlassian's or Salesforce's login domains.
3. Try an incognito window to rule out cached cookies or extensions interfering.

Once you share the actual error text, it'll be much easier to point you to the right fix.
