I tried to clear the cache, and clean records in Credentials Manager - still can’t log in. When I click on the link to change the password for the Jira enter my mail and a letter does not come to the mail with instructions for changing the password (there is no spam / trash in the folder either) Screenshots attached

1. What is Jira's platform?
2. When start your Jira's instance did you configure the email server?
3.  Do you remember if Captcha is enable?
