Login Problems

Hello

I have a problem with my Jira server Software. Suddently, about 4-5 days ago all acoounts got logged off (personally I had enabled auto login).

Now, I cannot log in to any account. Mine, friend or even admin.

I have access to the machine, where server is installed. I did the installation, but didn't configure any email server on the machine.

Can I get any access to database files, so I can check accounts or how can I verify where is the problem?

The standard login page is running.

Using:

this and this I managed to change the password directly in the database. It is working.

Describe "cannot log in" - error message? Failed password? Penguin asleep on your keyboard?

That will tell us where to look next - application log or server log (probably application - <jira home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log )
