Hello there,
we are currently experiencing login issues. We are using SSO with Microsoft and the SSO works on other platforms but not on Atlassian. We can also no submit a support ticket since it requires a login and all other options to submit a ticket did throw an error.
Could you please forward this to somebody who can help us? We are seriously limited in our work capabilties, so it is urgent for us.

There's an active incident regarding pretty much all cloud products. You can track status updates here: https://status.atlassian.com/
👉 What worked for me (as a workaround) is to try opening https://start.atlassian.com/ > I've managed to log in there, and then I used app switcher to get to specific Orgs, sites, and apps.

Check the Statuspage, Atlassian has an issue in the SSO part.

I had an old Bitbucket account that hadn't been used in a long time. I could access the dashboard, but not Bitbucket. I had to change the account's email to a secondary email, clear the cookies, log into Bitbucket to recreate a new account using my primary email, then accept an invitation to join a workspace again, which then sent a code to the alternate email. I got the code and then logged in through Google using my primary email. Now imagine the number of attempts I had to make to find this solution...
