Hii Good Morning

I have a little question. When i am directly on the server i can login with my userinformation on Confluence, but when i try to login over the web adress from my pc i have always the message that my login information arent correct. But iam 100% sure that this are the correct login information.

 

What could be the problem here?

What do you mean "When I am directly on the server"?

What address do you use when you connect to Confluence (both from the server and from your PC)?
