Logging walk up tickets via iPad

Hey,

We're looking to implement an iPad for users to log their visit to our IT Bar.

Can anybody recommend the best way to do this?

Are you using Jira Software or Jira Service Management for user's requests?

Does the URL of you Jira Site contain atlassian.net or not?

Our Jira does not contain atlassian.net - FYI I'm fairly new to Jira.

I'm pretty sure it's Jira Service Management.

we are looking to do the exact thing and we are using Jira Service Management. Let me know if there is a solution like this.
