Hello -
I have been trying to access my account in Altassian, however I have always received a message that states you do not have access to JIRA on AstraZeneca.altassian.net.
I have them attempted to create a new account and cannot do that as well.
Can someone please help with this?

I'm afraid this is a community of end-users of Atlassian software, not your administrators. You need to talk to your admins about getting and/or recovering an account.
