Log time on behalf of the users

I am setting up Jira for our team and have loaded in our projects. Now I need to input all the time already logged for these project prior to the implementation. Is there a way that I can do this without having the team-member re-input their time worked to date?

You might be interested in using the Tempo Plugin
The requirement are you must be a Team leader in Tempo log work for other users and the feature enabled in Tempo global configuration
