Log in issues

I have an issue when I log in using a different browser. I am using both my work and personal pcs to access JIRA. Say I already signed in on my work pc browser, when I tried to sign in on my personal pc browser, it shows the error of malformed request. If I change the password and log in again from my personal pc browser, it would work but I will face the same issue at the work pc browser. I tried logging out first but it didn't work.

Please can anyone advise.

Can you try the private mode in your browser ?

Try this :

Clear all cookies.

Disable all your browser's extension and see if it's works

Enable them one by one to see which one is the source of the problem.
