Log Defects via email

Hello, i want to know how can i use an email to log defects in Jira without end users logging to software.

you can set up an email handler for this. You do this under Jira settings > System > Mail > Incoming mail.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
