Locked out of my account — 2FA required but no authenticator app configured and no recovery key. Support portal only offers community support on free tier. Account is admin@thunderbolt-studios.io / boltapps.atlassian.net. How do I get 2FA disabled?

I think the last section may apply if you are using a personal account versus an account provided by an employer.
