Lock Force Graph Toggle Missing in CMDB Graph View

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When using the graph view on CMBD, there is a toggle button that allows you to lock the components in place. This is missing for me. The text is there, but the toggle button is gone.
