Listeners Not Working

Hello Team,

There is requirement to add a listener in jira.

When Commented on an issue or Updated the Status of the issue should be changed from one status to other.

But itseems like Listeners are not working as expected, can you pleas let me know what must be the reason?

A quick help would be greatly Appreciated.

And provide some logging, that usually helps.

I tried adding a Listener which should changes the Status of the Issue when commented.

Happy that it worked later.

So the problem is gone because you re-configured them properly?
