List of watchers

I have several projects which share the same workflow and workflow scheme. I want to have default watchers for new issues unique for each project.

I tried to do so by creation of post-action which updates "watchers" field with required users. I created unique workflow copy for each project, but seems I must copy workflow schemes too.

Is there a way to achieve my goal without copies of workflow and workflow scheme per project?

Decided to stay with Notification scheme + groups.

I have a project role for people that want to watch every issue in a project and add that role to the notification scheme. Depending on the activity in the project and when they are notified they could get buried in emails

I reviewed such solution, but came to the same conclusion + inability to "unsubscribe" if you have role with some notification scheme.
