very true. I was not paying attention to the title so indeed if it is project specific you should focus on the project details. Note you may need to also look into User Management > Groups to interrogate the actual users in any groups assigned to permissions.

If you are an admin go to system settings and User management. You can look at individual users or groups. You can also export to CSV and inspect. This may not give you the full details you seek but the best place to start.
