I am not able to do time log after click on three dots due to its hide on main menu bar
This appears to be a browser interop issue. Can you check a different browser? If it works there try clearing the cache and restarting you current browser and retry. If you and others in your team are seeing this on multiple browsers then contact Atlassian support.
