List issues in release notes for Microsoft Teams

I have an automation set up to send a message to MS Teams, after a release. I was able to activate it, and receive the message. But now I want also to list all issues, but this does not work. I configured the following message:

{{key}} - {{summary}}
{{/}}

EDIT: I found the solution.

1. Create a Lookup issue with the JQL fixVersion = {{versionId}}

2. Then use {{lookupIssues}} instead of {{issues}}
