List View Not showing correct Status Workflow

In JIRA Software and the Cloud we have several users that like the List View and group by Status. The issue is that the View is not showing the Status in the Correct order of the Workflow. Is there any option that we can use to get this in the correct Workflow Order.

Hello @Kathleen Hamilton 

What type of space does this concern; Team-managed or Company-managed? You can get that information from the pop-up that displays when you click the ... button next to the space name in the navigation panel on the left.

Does the project have more than one workflow?

Can you share with us screen images of the workflow diagram(s) for the space?

What order do you expect to see the status in? And what is the actual order you are seeing?

Trudy it is a company managed space and there are two workflows - one for standard issues and then one for Epics. We are expecting to see the List view in this order.

Thank you for that additional information @Kathleen Hamilton 

Based on my within each status category (gray, blue, green groupings) the Status order will match the ordering of statuses in the global Statuses list:

https://<yourBaseUrl>/secure/admin/ViewStatuses.jspa

If you want to change the order of the statuses in your list you need to change the global order. That will affect all Company-managed project reports related to ordering of statuses.

@Trudy Claspill I have already tried that with a few of the statuses but it did not update the list view. It still shows CUST UAT prior to UAT even though in the global statuses it shows reverse. uat.jpg
