Linking a confluence page on issue create screen

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hi! I was wondering if there is a way to add the "Confluence page link" field to the issue create screen.
Right now the only way to add it is to:
1. Create an issue
2. Open the issue to edit it
3. Add the link to a Confluence page
I would like it to be available on the create screen the same way the "Linked Issues" field is:
Does anybody know a way to achieve that?
