Link a Story to an Epic, or an Epic to an Initiative

We have access rights as Std Proj Admin in a project. However whilst trying to link an Epic to an initiative, it gives an error saying you are not authorized to perform the operation. Do we need to have any further access rights issued please? Many Thanks!

You would need edit issue permission as stated in here.

Thank you Amirul. Yes I had to request portfolio user read/write access in order to enable the link access.
