Link Bamboo to Jira

Is there a way to link a download version of Bamboo to an ondemand version of Jira, I can't find the Application Links part in the OnDemand version of jira.

Atlassian OnDemand is designed to be an all inclusive suite, so unfortunately, you cannot link it to local instances of the applications. (Just FYI - you won't be able to see the AppLinks in OnDemand as they are all setup between all the applications on the instance).

That works, I got it to at least show the issues and stuff from bamboo and link it so to speak from Bamboo but it won't show up in Jira due to the reason you just explained.
