Hello,

On cloud instance of JIRA we have as company currently 2 projects ongoing. We have implemented also Agile module. Unfortunately for our client with access, even if he is assigned to one project and board is set to filter issues only from project that he is assigned to, also other project is visible when creating an issue or assigning to sprint. It is really confusing and make project management problematic.

Please advice and help us to separate those projects.

Thanks in advance!

Agile respects the underlying permissions of JIRA.

So, you'll need to remove the access to Project-1 for client-2 and Project-2 for client-1

Off the shelf, the default permission setup is a bit of a pain - all your users are put into "JIRA users" which is set up as the "can log in" group, but is also defaulted into the project role of "user".  So you'll need to remove "JIRA users" from both projects, and then add all your users back in somehow - either individually, or by grouping them into groups and putting the new groups into the roles.
