Limit the PEOPLE that by default are added to a project when initially creating it.

When we create a project, by default x amount of PEOPLE are assigned certain roles to the project, where can i limit or eliminate all of those defaults

You can't limit them, but you can change the defaults - go to Admin -> Project Roles -> Default members (of each role)
