Limit access to specific issues

Hi we have only 1 project and many issues in that project. (I am the admin of Jira)

We have a few new team members we would like to limit to have access to only a handful of issues. We can do label, field or whatever.

But they need access to view or edit these issues weather they are assigned to them or not.

How best to accomplish this?

Hi Nathan - the best way to do that is by using the Issue Level Security.
