Limit API calls for only few fields in JIra

We are going integrate JIra with Clarity and we are going with Rego. We hosted JIra on our servers and Clarity is hosted on Cloud.As you know in order to communicate both the applications we have to open our JIra API'S but we have a security concerns in turn could we restrict API'S calls from clarity to  only particular fields in JIra such epic name. time tracking fields ? and it should be open to any other fields such as description, comments, summary etc.

No.  Jira does not do field level security.
